Because this is oil soluble it can withstand higher temperatures than water soluble flavors, making it much more versatile for confectionary applications.

Store between 18-22 degrees celsius, away from light, heat, and ignition sources in order to maximize shelf life of unopened containers. Do not refrigerate or freeze at any time. Do not store above 25 degrees celsius at any time as this will accelerate aging and negate the maximum shelf life recommendation. Keep all containers tightly sealed when not in use.
